The Audit & Toolkit Build — $500 · Founders Rate
Two sessions and a fully custom handbook. You walk away with a clear map of your internal architecture and a daily protocol built specifically around how you actually work — not an idealized version of it.
- Session 1 (60 min): We go deep and fast. I want your goals, but more than that I want what you actually want underneath them and where you consistently get in your own way. I'm listening for the specific parts still protecting old wounds, the beliefs they built around them, and the inherited stories you never thought to question. I also want to know what already works for you — how you cope, what grounds you, whether you journal or hate journaling. All of it goes in.
- Between sessions: With the help of AI, I put together your personalized handbook. A clinical breakdown of your specific parts, their underlying wounds, and the exact daily practices that fit your real life.
- Session 2 (60 min): We go through everything together. I walk you through your map, introduce your custom AI companion or build your analog daily practice, and lock in the commitment. Twenty minutes a day, every day because consistent practice with something built for you is what creates the catalyst for real change.

Ongoing Strategy Sessions — $150/hr
Single sessions for a specific obstacle, or multi-week blocks for a deeper overhaul. We work through layers and patterns until real autonomy isn't something you have to fight for anymore.

The Collaborative Lab: 90-Day Intensive — Small Cohort
The same three-phase protocol as the individual track, alongside a small group of peers doing the same work at the same time. Witnessing others work through the survival myths you're also carrying accelerates everything.
- Month 1 — The Audit: Map your internal stress responses. Identify the exact patterns keeping you stuck, not the surface symptoms but the parts underneath them.
- Month 2 — The Laboratory: This is the month most programs skip. When you start changing, the parts invested in the old system push back. Not because you're doing it wrong, but because you're doing it right. This month you learn to work with that resistance instead of being derailed by it.
- Month 3 — The Handover: Build the maintenance plan that doesn't require me. A practice, a toolkit, a relationship with your own internal system that you can sustain independently.
